What happens in one on one sessions?

When you join me in a one on one session in person or over the phone, we will start with a conversation and begin the process of discovery and establishing your intention. Energy flows to where it is needed so it is important that we truly listen to the cues of your body and mind through practices of awareness and mindfulness. Depending on your session choice, we will then move forward utilizing different techniques of relaxation, focused intention, and manifestation. After your session, you will leave with the knowledge and tools necessary as well as a personalized energy prescription to practice your intentions and manifest your authentic purpose. 

When will I see results?

Results ultimately depend on your willingness to enact change and establish certain practice patterns. Making too many changes at once is not sustainable therefore my approach encourages you to introduce a healthy habit that ultimately crowds out one or more bad ones. There are programs available in which results in mindfulness and nutrition can be had within 3 weeks. When you decide to make one positive change, you will be amazed at how others fall in line.

What is energy healing?

Energy healing is a practice that works on your energetic wellbeing. Aura cleansing, Reiki, meditations, mindfulness and visualizations can help you relax and see the unseeable aspects of your health. By tuning in, you can make adjustments in your thought patterns that directly impact your outward self expression and manifestation. Have you ever felt a gravitational pull to someone without knowing the reason why? It was that energetic vibe.

Meditation is a practice in which you let go of the chatter of everyday life and tune in to the unknowable through reflection, silence, and patience. There are many forms of meditation and it isn't just sitting quietly. With practice, you can find more peace and clarity, reduce stress and anxiety, and feel more confident within your purpose in life.

Wellness is living a life in which your love expands to all beings starting with your self. The path to wellness is different for all but the discovery is part of the beauty.
