Three Minute Rituals

You don't have to meditate for 30 minutes a day to get present with yourself and enhance your awareness or intuition. Give yourself three minutes in the morning with coffee and playing cards and let your intuition be the guide. Try not to look up card meanings because that defeats the purpose of the exercise.
